Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll sail the 3 kaleidoscopic seas of Branding/Marketing/Communications, captaining a sturdy and promising crew while charting new courses amidst a world of opportunities. Calm, confident, and usually able to save the world before bedtime, you are a visionary mastermind comfortably vacillating between task and strategy-driven styles of leadership – yet also energising your team during the flurry of activity. Intimidated much?

What you’ll be involved with:

  1. With your teammates, conceptualise, champion, and run branding/marketing/communications campaigns and activities
  2. Propose and initiate growth strategies in line with Management’s directions, tapping on resources and insights (e.g. reports/evaluations on campaigns or metrices for our online assets that utilise data platforms such as Google Analytics)
  3. Oversee management of our online assets (e.g. Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram), adhering to our brand primer for consistency in style
  4. Initiate, advise, and vet branding/marketing/communications collaterals and content for a variety of purposes campaign-specific or otherwise (e.g. corporate communications documents, daily social media posts)
  5. Oversee, assign, and take charge of administrative/logistical duties vital to the success of your team’s operations (e.g. quotations for items/services needed to boost team efficiency)
  6. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; participate in professional societies

What you’ll need to succeed:

  1. Proficiency in written English; ideally professional copywriting experience
  2. At least 4 years of professional experience in a relevant function (e.g. Public Relations, Digital Marketing)
  3. Near-perfect alignment with our corporate values. If we’re going to be family, the fit has to be essential
