Job Description

What you’ll be involved in

  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements
  • Build relationships based on trust and respect
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill client requirements
  • Collect and analyse data on market trends
  • Maintain accurate records relating to inventory and account notes
  • Resolve complaints and issues by improving on existing account management processes
  • Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving buyer experience
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required by your supervisor

 

What you’ll need to succeed

  1. Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Business, Communications)
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
  5. Ability to collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data
  6. Near-perfect alignment with our corporate values. If we’re going to be family, the fit has to be essential
